It’s user-friendly and helps us visualise your performance with quantifiable data (two things essential to keeping you accountable and motivated!).

Private Group Training (10 pax max)

Our Private Group Training classes are small, enabling our PGT coaches to provide you with focused attention and precise movement corrections. Every class can be scaled up or down by our experienced coaches, so regardless of your training experience - beginner or seasoned athlete - you’ll get the most out of each session.

Designed from our proven training system, this program incorporates a wide range of strength training elements into functional movement patterns to create a more resilient YOU.

  • The perfect concoction of strength and endurance. This 60-minute fast-paced, high intensity class focuses on using various functional strength movements. WIth high volume work and short recovery time, this whole body workout is designed to be very metabolically challenging. Be prepared to take your body though an endurance gauntlet.
